We are researchers and practitioners who have decades of experience in correctional health, pregnancy care, addiction, and implementation science. We are passionate about helping jails help pregnant patients with OUD at a critical time in their lives. MOMCARE is part of our longitudinal, NIH- and foundation-funded initiative to address maternal health equity and mortality around OUD in custody.
